Originally served as great grandfather's family stone farmhouse and barn built by his sons' hands over 100 years ago. Over decades of exposure to elements, became a ruin in the eyes of locals.
That was before Christos had a vision in Medellin to convert the property into a boutique hotel with the most modern Jacuzzi hotel features.

We offer private turbo tubs for individual guests or 2-guest Jacuzzi tubs in select 1-bedroom apartments.

The Booking.com and Expedia listings were comprised of a few photos resulting in too few reservations to sustain the business.
These early reservations were recorded by hand in a paper notebook.
